Lucky Nova offers one exchange per item, and no refunds will be permitted. Re-shipping and handling fee will be charged on exchanges.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may exchange your purchase within 5 business days.

Please include your contact information, reason for return, and replacement merchandise description. If we do not receive your contact information, we will not know who to send the replacement merchandise to.
